Luna Method Extensions

A CREDIT CARD ON FILE IS REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
KM Hair and Beauty requires a credit card to be on file at all times. We also require 48 hours notice prior to your appointment for rescheduling or cancellation. No-shows and cancellations within less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of the services booked. We are dedicated to the best service for our clients so we reserve the right to automatically cancel your appointment after 15 min. This is to ensure we respect everyone’s time.

Salon Policies
At KM Hair & Beauty, we value your time and ours. Our policies are designed to ensure the best experience for every client while maintaining fairness to our stylists and business operations. Please take a moment to review our salon policies before booking your appointment.
We kindly ask for 48 hours or more notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the credit card on file being charged 50% of the services booked.

A valid credit card must be kept on file for all new and existing clients. This is required to secure your appointment and will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
No-shows will not be tolerated and will be charged 100% of the services booked to the card on file.
We understand that life happens, but please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled and you will be charged 100% of the services booked determined by the stylist.
- For the health and longevity of your extensions, maintenance appointments are required every 6–8 weeks.
- Clients must also use approved, extension-safe shampoos, treatments, and styling products at home to ensure the integrity of their investment.
A maintenance walkthrough sheet will be provided during your appointment for proper at-home care.
Consultations
All new extension clients must complete an in-person or virtual consultation before booking an installation appointment. This allows us to assess your hair, discuss your goals, colour match, and determine the best method and volume for your desired look.
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your installation appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
All services are non-refundable, however, we are happy to make adjustments to ensure your satisfaction. Please contact us within 7 days of your appointment if you require any minor adjustments.
We love sharing our work! By booking an appointment, you consent to photos or videos of your hair being used on our social media or website. If you prefer not to have your photo taken or shared, please let your stylist know at the start of your appointment.
We accept credit and debit cards for all services and retail purchases.
All sales are final. This includes both services and retail products. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We take pride in our work and always strive to ensure every client leaves feeling confident and beautiful.
