Training Terms and Conditions
1. Training Purpose
All Luna Method training classes are provided for educational and professional development purposes only. Participation in training does not constitute certification, licensure, legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of outcomes.
2. Registration and Ticket Policy
All training registrations are final sale. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any ticket-related issues must be communicated to Kayla McMahon within 30 days of purchase.
3. Curriculum and Pre-Training Requirements
Participants understand that they will be utilizing Official Luna Method curriculum. Completion of any required pre-training prior to the scheduled class date is mandatory.
Failure to complete required pre-training may result in consequences including, but not limited to, reassignment to online training or loss of in-person participation, at the discretion of the training provider.
Participant information may be shared with The Luna Method for training administration and record-keeping purposes.
4. Access to Training Materials
Access to feedback, recordings, and training videos is provided for a period of six months from the class date, unless otherwise stated. Access beyond this period is not guaranteed.
5. Intellectual Property
All Luna Method curriculum, materials, recordings, techniques, and training content remain the intellectual property of The Luna Method.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell, teach, sublicense, or otherwise share training materials, in whole or in part, without express written permission from The Luna Method.
Unauthorized use of training materials may result in removal from training and further action as permitted by applicable law.
6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
Participants acknowledge that certain training materials may be confidential or proprietary in nature. A separate non-disclosure agreement may be required to access specific content or resources.
7. Educational and Legal Disclaimer
Training content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice. Participants are responsible for seeking independent professional guidance as appropriate.
8. Limitation of Responsibility
The training provider is not responsible for how participants apply the information learned during training. Participation is voluntary, and participants assume responsibility for their own professional decisions and actions.
9. Governing Law and Severability
These Training Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
If any provision of these Training Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Agreement and Acknowledgment
By registering for training, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Training Terms. Participants confirm that they have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice prior to agreeing to these terms.
